1. Processing Time. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations. We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 7–20 business days
United Kingdom: 10–25 business days
Canada: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update.

5. Customs & Duties. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at xenmeint@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue promptly.
